   The university’s Liverpool Screen School (LSS) has delivered six roadshows to introduce year 10 pupils to the prospect of High-end TV (HETV) careers.

3. Reciprocal Mentoring Programme involving BAME Staff, Black Students and Senior Leaders

   Given the success of last year's pilot, we are running the LJMU Reciprocal Mentoring Programme again and we are extending it to include BAME staff from across the institution. The programme is open to all LJMU Senior Staff from Director Level of non BAME Background and to BAME staff from non-Director Level and to Black Students from all Faculties.

   IT Services has started the process of migrating all of our on-premise SharePoint and shared drives (JT2) to either Microsoft Teams or SharePoint Online.

6. LJMU plays host to Help for Heroes community sport series weekend

   LJMU staff assisted Help for Heroes sport coaches and local sports teams to facilitate a range of inclusive and fully accessible sport sessions to a group being supported by the charity.

7. New book tracks nursing care in the Soviet Union

   LJMUs Dr Susan Grant has spent the last decade researching and tracing the history of nursing care in the Soviet Union, with her discoveries now documented in a new publication Soviet Nightingales: Care under Communism.

8. LJMU shortlisted for 'University of the Year' 2017 by Times Higher

   Liverpool John Moores University is one of six across the UK to be shortlisted in the most prestigious category by the Times Higher.

9. Menopause cafes to take place in person throughout 2023
