   In line with its Climate Action Plan, LJMU has confirmed additional strategic investment in a new role to lead the Liverpool Research Institute for Climate and Sustainability (LiRICS).

6. New Workplace Wellbeing Charter accreditation

   LJMU's commitment to ensuring the health and wellbeing of staff has been recognised with a Workplace Wellbeing Charter accreditation.

7. New support for staff development

   The university will shortly be introducing a new system to support you in recording and tracking performance and development conversations.

8. Premier League match officials receive expert support from LJMU sport scientists

   Four Premier League professional match officials are receiving strength and conditioning training and physiotherapy sessions with LJMU sport scientists, under a new partnership.

9. FactLab role in Lever Prize 2016

   The prestigious Lever Prize 2016 has been won by the Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI) for a joint project with FACT, involving FACTLab, a collaboration between FACT and LJMU, which explores the interaction between arts and science.
