LJMU is to hold its first Menopause Café to break down the taboo around menopause and to increase awareness of its impact.
For the past two years, colleagues across LJMU have been working to better understand and recognise the type of support needed by those experiencing the menopause, and to devise ways to create greater awareness across the organisation.
This feature encourages colleagues to share what they've learned as we all reflect on the pandemic and what we've been through.
