4. University Seal request form update

   The Secretariat has updated the request form to incorporate the additional stages of approval required from colleagues in finance and legal.

5. New way to request visitor parking and out of hours or security access

   Campus Support (Security) now has a number of staff request forms available via the LJMU HelpMe portal, to help with the management of requests.

6. Take charge of your pension

   This Pension Awareness Week (11-15 September) access free, impartial, and straightforward pension information, as well as a series of live sessions.

   The university is committed to providing a holistic package of services and resources to support your wellbeing.

8. Applications open for Research England Policy Support Fund

   LJMU is being allocated funding from the Research England Policy Support Fund (PSF) to support the development of impactful research and engagement activities. Applications of up to £10,000 will be considered and applicants have until 5pm on Monday 10 October 2022 to make a submission.

9. Annual survey and audit of teaching space to take place this February

   The survey will be conducted between the hours of 9am and 5pm from Monday 5 to Friday 9 February 2024.

10. Advance HE Aurora Programme final days to apply

    LJMU staff are reminded that the application deadline for the Advance HE Aurora Programme, a leadership development initiative for women, is Friday 4 November 2022.
