   Hosted outside of the USA for only the second time in the conference's history, more than 170 delegates gathered in Liverpool for the three-day event.

4. Sexual Violence Awareness Week

   Throughout Sexual Violence Awareness Week (Monday 4th – Sunday 10th February), a new team of staff from Student Advice and Wellbeing Services were out and about across the University to talk to students and staff about the impact sexual violence and harassment has on individuals and communities

6. Developing the diverse workforce of the future for engineering and technology

   LJMU hosted events with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers exploring diversity and inclusion in engineering and technology skills.

7. Varsity 2023: LJMU vs UOL

   The age-old rivalry between Liverpool John Moores University and University of Liverpool takes place this month with a series of sporting events.

8. Industry trip wins Data Science students €25,000

   Young research students who won a major European data science competition have shared a prize of 50,000!

9. Summer estates work programme

   A programme of improvement works to our estate is taking place over the summer months.

10. Remembering Eleanor Rathbone

    Around 12 months after delivering her Roscoe Lecture on Eleanor Rathbone, Dr Susan Cohen again joined staff and students from LJMU for a special event at Speaker's House in London.
