1. Recent policy centre updates

   Updates and revisions have been made across a range of LJMU staff policies.

2. Staff Infobase (Oracle E-Business Suite) is being upgraded

   Staff Infobase (Oracle E-Business Suite) is being upgraded over the Easter weekend. The upgraded system will be available by 8am on Tuesday 6th April. The upgrade will move the system to the latest version of the software, ensuring that it remains up-to-date and continues to effectively support the University's business.

   The University’s Student Information System (SIS) is being upgraded. SIS will be unavailable during the upgrade, from 5pm on Thursday 21st November until 8am on Tuesday 26th November.

   Research which highlights changes to the human body during lockdown and other sedentary situations is having a huge impact among scientists worldwide.

9. Grants and Projects (GaP) System is Live!

   Research and Innovation Services and Finance are now using the new Grants and Projects (GaP) system.

    Just a reminder that all externally funded projects must be both registered (a GaP project created) and costed on our Grants and Projects (GaP) system from 1st July 2020.
