6. Updating Your Microsoft Profile Picture

   From this month LJMU will begin publishing all student and staff security card photos into Microsofts 365 suite of products.

7. Majority of April and May exams to be held online

   Most exams in April and May 2022 will be held online. There are a small number of examinations which will be held in-person due to specific requirements of the professional body.

8. Support over the spring break and what to do in Liverpool

   For most of our students following the standard academic calendar, the spring break runs from 9 to 24 April. Whether you are heading home or staying around Liverpool, here is some advice on where to go, what to do if you need help and support and those all important Library opening times.

9. Christmas closure and support services over the festive break

   The university will close at 5pm on Thursday 23 December and reopen at 9am on Tuesday 4 January. The Student Life Building will be open 24/7 throughout the festive break including on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

10. LJMU students help refugees at the Polish/Ukrainian border

    MA Wildlife Conservation students Vanessa Grundy, 27 and Alex Donnelly, 27 along with Vanessa's brother Mike Grundy are currently at the Poland-Ukraine border helping refugees get to safe accommodation in Krakow, and further across Europe, following Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
