As part of Feel Fab Feb and throughout the year, Student Advice and Wellbeing is hosting Bibliotherapy events with Reading for Wellbeing and Writing for Wellbeing sessions.
We've launched the ‘Looking after your wellbeing’ event hub on the LJMU website to bring together all the different events happening across the university and help you look after your wellbeing.
We have a new team in place to help support any member of staff with their mental wellbeing. The LJMU Connectors are on hand to provide peer support and make sure colleagues have access to the appropriate resources and services.
Copies of the wellbeing journal can be ordered by staff for students.
