  1. Student Number Target Setting

    Student Number Target Setting is the internal allocation of student numbers (and FTEs) that need to fall within the requirements of the HEFCE student number control and parameters set by other public funding bodies.

  2. Bespoke sessions and Away Days

    Examples of previous sessions provided includes team and individual psychometric diagnostics, team building, strategic planning, resilience, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and objective setting amongst many other topics.

  3. Health and Safety Training

    The Health and Safety Unit provide training courses for LJMU staff and students. Details are contained in the Training Planner. Bespoke training can also be arranged.

  4. Admissions

    The Admissions team provides a highly professional, responsive and customer-focused experience for all types of applicants – both home and international.

  5. Shortlisting

    Shortlisting is the process of identifying candidates from the applicant pool who best meet the essential (and sometimes desirable) criteria set in the Person Specification for the vacancy they are recruiting to.
