2. LJMU Assessment 4 – 14 January 2022

   As we approach our assessment period early next year, this note is to provide you with important preparation information and to confirm that exams will take place in person (with the exception of Levels 3 and 4).

3. Updated Assessment and Feedback Policy

   The policy has been updated with two new areas of activity on internal moderation and the use of generative AI (GenAI) in assessment.

4. January 2020 Exam FAQs

   Assessments will be taking place from Monday 6 to Friday 17 January 2020. To support you in preparation for exams, weve answered the frequently asked questions.

5. April and May 2025 assessment timetable now available

   The next assessment period for LJMU students will run from Monday 28 April to Friday 9 May 2025.

6. Academic Registry invigilation training

   Training sessions will be held via Microsoft Teams throughout April and will cover the main aspects of the role of invigilators, including responsibilities prior to, during and following the completion of the examination.

   New research co-authored by hydrologists at LJMU has found that more than 3,000 coastal locations in England and Wales are at risk of pollution from legacy landfill sites due to the changing climate.
