   The Secretariat has updated the request form to incorporate the additional stages of approval required from colleagues in finance and legal.

5. LJMU and Unite Students host inaugural 'Living Black at University' symposium

   A 'research into action symposium' has been held at LJMU. The event, organised by LJMU Associate Deans: Diversity and Inclusion, explored and shared the experiences of Black students at university and discussed how to turn the research into positive action.

6. Join the alumni mentoring program

   LJMU Connect has launched the LJMU Mentoring Group to enable students, staff and alumni to develop meaningful mentoring connections within our LJMU community.

7. LJMU 2nd in Uni Compare Top 100 University Rankings

   LJMU has risen two places in the overall rankings and is placed in the top 10 for its accommodation, course quality, employability and student life.

8. Representing the UK in the European University Film Awards

   Liverpool John Moores University was one of 25 European universities to participate in this year's European University Film Award (EUFA).

9. LJMU jumps 16 places in Sunday Times Good University Guide

   Liverpool John Moores University has jumped 16 places in the latest Sunday Times Good University Guide.

10. UK Malaysia University Consortium host 80 students at inaugural conference

    LJMU as the Consortium Secretariat played a leading role in organising the five-day event.
