1. Armistice Day 2022 arrangements

   We will mark Armistice Day by observing a two-minute silence at 11am on Friday 11 November.

2. Getting a new phone during the winter break and need to access your LJMU account?

   If you get or buy a new phone for Christmas or over the winter break, you’ll need to register your new device so that you still access your LJMU account.

3. Making Every Contact Count staff training: September to December

   Book onto the mental health and wellbeing training now.

4. Exam timetable now live

   Exam timetables are now live for the semester two assessment period 2023.

5. Complete the privacy and security survey by 12 December

   To better understand how much we all know about data protection matters, a short staff survey has been put together.

6. Grants and Projects Update

   New Grants and Projects (GaP) software which provides LJMU with a collaborative creative environment for anyone applying for external funding and professional services to work together on bid and project proposals.

7. UKRI open access policy changes from 1 January 2024

   The open access policy applies to monographs, book chapters and edited collections associated with UKRI funding published from 1 January 2024.
