   We have entered a new partnership with an award-winning contractor to maintain your facilities across the university.

5. Aldham Robarts Library to reopen on Sundays from 7 January

   We’re pleased to share that the Aldham Robarts Library will resume its normal opening hours and will once again be open on Sundays from 7 January.

6. Graduate and Placement Recruitment Fair – 10 March, 12-3pm, Student Life Building

   Students from any programme or level of study are invited to attend this fair to meet and network with 50+ employers offering internships, placements and graduate roles.

7. Student finance reminder

   If you are an undergraduate student and are continuing on your course in September 2019, don’t forget to reapply for your student finance as soon as possible.

8. Improvement works at John Foster Building

   Next month (June 2022), we will begin a programme of improvement works to John Foster Building, which means it will be closed for a period over the summer.

   A call for nominations has opened for Academic Board membership.

10. Staff and students support Whitechapel Centre’s Christmas Appeal

    Whitechapel and LJMU are working together to bring some much needed comfort to homeless people during the forthcoming festive season.
