3. Updating Your Microsoft Profile Picture

   From Monday 12th September, ITS will begin publishing all staff and student security card photos into Microsoft's 365 suite of products.

4. LJMU staff celebrated for their 1315 years of long service

   33 members of staff have been celebrated for working at the university for 25, 35, 45 or 50 years.

5. Making Every Contact Count training January

   Staff are invited to take part in a Making Every Contact Count training day on Monday 15 January.

6. CourseLoop survey

   Our new curriculum management system, CourseLoop, has been live since the start of the academic year and we’d love to hear what colleagues make of it so far.

7. Apprenticeships and Student Governance policy updates

   The new Apprenticeships Policy has received Academic Board approval and 20 Student Governance policies, guidance and pro forma have recently been reviewed, and have received minor amendments.

8. Greening up our campus

   Get involved in gardening projects around LJMU.

9. New performance review and development system

   Following a successful pilot scheme, from next week all staff will be able to access a brand new system to take ownership of their development and objective.

10. Audit and Risk Policy update

    The Engagement of External Auditors for Non-Audit Work Policy has been revised.
