1. Update to IT services: IT disruption expected Saturday 24 August

   As part of LJMU security upgrades, key platforms including Canvas, Staff Infobase and parts of the LJMU website will be unavailable on 24 August.

2. Hats off to the Faculty of Education Health and Community

   At the first of the day's Graduation Ceremonies, education students from LJMU's Faculty of Education, Health and Community collected their certificates at Liverpool Cathedral.

   Copies of the wellbeing journal can be ordered by staff for students.

5. Next phase of CourseLoop set to go live

   The second phase of LJMU’s new curriculum management system is poised to go live and there will be temporary changes in how staff update their course information.

7. Resurfacing works affecting Mount Pleasant Campus (17-21 February)

   Please be aware that restrictions are in place over the next week around our Mount Pleasant Campus due to resurfacing works.

8. EndNote software upgrade

   This summer EndNote Desktop software is being upgraded from EndNote X9 to EndNote 20.

   LJMU is looking for staff to help recruit students to LJMU during Clearing 2024 on Thursday 15 August.
