1. Kind staff and students support Whitechapel Centre Christmas appeal

   Warm clothes, selection boxes, toiletry sets and Christmas foods were among the items collected and donated by staff and students.

2. Bicentenary branded templates and assets

   To celebrate this special milestone year, we’ve added a range of branded templates and assets to our brand and design hub for all staff to access and use throughout the year.

3. Restrictions on using USBs for students and staff

   From 4 September students will be no longer able to use USB storage devices on LJMU equipment. This is alongside the restrictions already in place for staff.

4. New staff facilities now open

   A new staff lounge is now open in Byrom Street as part of a programme of works to enhance facilities in our City Campus.

5. Staff Governor voting now open

   All Professional Services staff have until 5pm on Monday 27 March to vote for their preferred Staff Governor candidate.

6. Technicians survey 2024 now open

   The National Technician Development Centre (NTDC) Technicians Survey at LJMU is now open for responses until Friday 22 March.
