2. Disabled Researchers Network Project 'Community and Connection' event

   LJMU staff and postgraduate research students are warmly invited to the next Disabled Researchers Network project event, 'Community and Connection', on 25th July (online).

3. Let's Make! Upcycled Christmas Jumpers

   To help you get into the festive spirit, the Environmental Sustainability and Energy team and Staff Wellbeing Team at LJMU are holding an upcycling workshop where you can transform an old garment into a Christmas jumper or t-shirt!

4. Equality, diversity and inclusion in journalism teaching conference

   The journalism department is holding a free one-day conference on EDI in Journalism education on June 26th. Although the conference is geared towards Journalism education, the conference is open to educators from other subject areas who will be welcome to share their research and best practice as well as benefit from transferable, practical ideas around embedding EDI in teaching, learning and assessment and creating an inclusive environment for students.

5. Faculty of Engineering and Technology Graduate and Placement Recruitment Fair

   The Graduate and Placement Recruitment Fair takes place on Thursday 10 October 2024, featuring 70+ employers from across all courses and disciplines in the Faculty of Engineering and Technology.
