   From next week, LJMU will be implementing Multi Factor Authentication. You won't be able to access LJMU services without it. Follow these simple steps to register.

   The Liverpool Business School and the School of Law graduated today, while Dr Steve Garnett was given an Honorary Fellowship in recognition of outstanding achievement in the use of technology in social change

4. A life of action

   The life of Eleanor Rathbone (1872-1946) was the subject of the latest Roscoe lecture, delivered by Dr Susan Cohen at St George’s Hall to mark the start of a year in celebration of her life. An audience of over 1,000 were given an insight into the achievements of this extraordinary Liverpool citizen who, born into a life of wealth and privilege, used her influence and position in society to campaign for social justice and dedicated her entire life to the service of others.

5. The importance of the Navy during WW1

   The Right Honourable Lord West of Spithead delivered a Roscoe Lecture which emphasised the importance of the Navy during World War One.

   Feel Fab Feb may be over but there's wellbeing support for students and staff throughout the year at LJMU

7. Size really does matter! Professor Satya Sarker talks nanomedicine.

   Professor Satya Sarker, Director of the School of Pharmacy and Biomolecular Sciences, has published a new book on nanomedicine. We asked him about advances in this exciting field of science which actually dates back to Asia, 2,500 years ago.

   Last week, LJMU Criminology students showcased their dedication and commitment to community service by sweeping the board at the volunteering awards ceremony hosted by ReachOut UK on Wednesday 20 March 2024.
