   Following a recent review of LJMU staff car parking provision, the university will continue to subsidise staff car parking until 31 August 2023.

4. LJMU launches cost of living hub to support students

   LJMU has launched a new website hub to help support students through the rising costs of living, including help and advice, plus the financial support available from LJMU and JMSU and how to apply for it.

5. Survey shows LJMU is a good place to work

   Staff at LJMU believe it is a good place to work, according to the results of this year’s Your LJMU, Your Voice survey.

6. Future Fortnight: 28 February to 11 March – open to all students

   Join the Student Futures team for a series of events helping you think about your future goals. The sessions are friendly, open to students from any programme or year group and will help you gain clarity on your next steps.

7. Malaysia Graduation 2018

   LJMU has established strong relationships in South East Asia, and a mark of this success is the annual graduation of students in Malaysia.

8. Athletics coach Graham helps sprinter Ola Abidogun win Commonwealth bronze

   LJMUs Head of Capital Development, Graham Pilkington, was in Birmingham earlier this week as he watched one of his athletes, Ola Abidogun, win bronze in the T45-T47 100m.

9. The University Funded Diversity and Inclusion Scheme research initiatives announced

   After consideration of all applications to the University Funded Diversity and Inclusion Scheme, the projects to receive funding have been announced.

10. Launch of Women’s Professional Services Staff Network 

    LJMUs newest staff network has launched this February with over 70 attendees from across Professional Services attending the event online.
