1. New Export Controls and Sanctions Policy

   A new Export Controls and Sanctions Policy, in relation to research and knowledge exchange activity, has been approved and added to the LJMU Policy Centre.

   We have a new team in place to help support any member of staff with their mental wellbeing. The LJMU Connectors are on hand to provide peer support and make sure colleagues have access to the appropriate resources and services.

   Dozens of LJMU staff are celebrating after becoming professors and readers following our rigorous conferment process.

   Effective immediately - The finance team has simplified the codes you use in systems like I-Buy

6. New Bicentenary film celebrates Graduation

   As LJMU continues its Bicentenary year, the next in a series of bespoke videos has been released, this time recognising the amazing achievement and celebration that is graduation at LJMU.

7. LJMU showcases new railway technology to industry

   Government-backed customer service technology developed at LJMU is to be showcased to potential clients in the railway industry.

8. New Reading List Management System Launched.

   In January 2015 Library Services piloted the use of a reading list management system, Rebus:List with 27 academics across the University with a soft launch that Summer.

9. New performance review and development system

   Following a successful pilot scheme, from next week all staff will be able to access a brand new system to take ownership of their development and objective.
