8. Let’s Talk About Race Equality (Debating White Privilege, Micro-Aggressions, Allyship & Active Bystanders)

   The 2020 Black Lives Matter movement, reignited conversations on the subject of race equality, across the globe - The need for positive culture change was at the forefront of those discussions. This workshop aims to equip participants with the knowledge, skills and confidence to address race equality at LJMU and understand the importance of ally-ship.

10. Training for managers/personal tutors on disabilities and long-term health conditions, including mental health

    The aim of the programme is to offer LJMU Managers, Programme Leaders and Personal Tutors further support and guidance, in relation to; operating more confidently and effectively, whilst developing themselves and their staff/students positively.
