4. International student engagement and assessment policy updates

   Changes have been made to some LJMU staff policies.

5. Local pupils from across the city inspired at LJMU graduation

   Pupils from across the city have engaged with a variety of LJMU projects to experience graduation first hand.

6. More than 120 local school pupils take part in LJMU Summer University

   Over the past month, more than 120 14- to 17-year-olds from across the UK have taken part in LJMU summer schools to inspire students from underrepresented backgrounds to consider higher education.

7. Policy updates: Safeguarding, Freedom of Speech and more

   Student Advice and Wellbeing and the International team want to make staff aware in particular of an update to the Safeguarding Policy regarding under-18 international students with LJMU and collaborative partners.

8. Updated Research Degrees Framework 2024/25

   Updates have been made to various regulations and policies that underpin the university’s Research Degrees Framework.

9. International students studying with upGrad celebrated in Liverpool

   Students from India, Jordan, Vietnam, Iran, Singapore and Norway took part in a three-day visit to LJMU.

10. Take part in a focus group with the Careers Team and get a £10 Amazon voucher

    The Careers Team would really like to hear your views on the careers services offered by the Careers Team to final year students and graduates.
