3. Dinosaur footprint expert to feature in Channel 5 series fronted by Stephen Fry

   Dinosaurs with Stephen Fry, airing from Sunday 12 February on Channel 5, will feature expert analysis from LJMU’s Dr Peter Falkingham. He will explain how birds are modern descendants of dinosaurs by looking at the motion of ostriches compared to the T. rex.

4. Liverpool 5G Create project wins £4.3m funding from UK govt

   A project to deliver digital services to sick and elderly people in Liverpool has won £4.3million from the UK government.

   Throughout February and March, Library Services is running a range of events and activities.

9. Liverpool City Region HDD project tests low carbon credentials of Open RAN technology at Act 1.5 event

   The project is investigating if new technology improves digital connectivity in high density settings such as music venues.
