   Research at LJMU is working on ways of presenting the past and creating content for historic sites and museums across Ireland and the rest of the globe.

3. MA Student shortlisted for ‘Tourism Young Person of the Year’

   LJMU student Victoria Smith, 24 was shortlisted for the Tourism Young Person of the Year award at this years Liverpool City Region Tourist Awards 2022. The awards, that took place at Liverpool Cathedral, saw businesses and guests from across Liverpool celebrating the city regions tourism sector.

4. Secure a paid internship and discover what you want to be

   LJMU is offering our second and final year students (Levels 5 & 6) the opportunity to undertake a paid 'Discovery Internship' with a local organisation, working on a suitable project or piece of work that will enhance your employability skills and career insight.

5. Masters in Art and Design Degree Show: Class of 2020 show their enterprise

   Around 40 students will exhibit their ideas from MA courses in Fine Art, Graphic Art and Illustration, Art in Science, Fashion Innovation and Realisation and Exhibition Studies.

6. REF 2029 resources and workshops

   Resources and briefing sessions are being made available to researchers interested in developing case studies for REF 2029.

7. Another ‘first’ for LJMU in Sport and Exercise Sciences

   Professor Zoe Knowles is set to become the first woman to chair the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (BASES).

8. International students Saidah, Sara and Taha share their LJMU stories

   Three international students who have studied at LJMU share their experiences and advice for those moving to the UK.

9. Public arts visionary leads lecture at Liverpool School of Art and Design

   LJMU welcomed Helen Marriage, the Co-founder and Director of Artichoke arts production company, to its first Luminary Lecture of 2022.
