1. New university report cover sheet and guidance

   The Secretariat shares with you the latest update which came into force on Monday 4 December 2023, with immediate effect.

2. Staff Infobase (Oracle E-Business Suite) is being upgraded

   Staff Infobase (Oracle E-Business Suite) is being upgraded over the Easter weekend. The upgraded system will be available by 8am on Tuesday 6th April. The upgrade will move the system to the latest version of the software, ensuring that it remains up-to-date and continues to effectively support the University's business.

3. Professorship and Readership Conferment 2022: Call for submissions

   Each year applications are invited for the conferment of Professorships and Readerships and the process for 2022 is now open.

4. New library services website launched

   The LJMU Library website has had a major refresh over summer and has launched this week ready for the new academic year.

5. Update to IT services: IT disruption expected Saturday 24 August

   As part of LJMU security upgrades, key platforms including Canvas, Staff Infobase and parts of the LJMU website will be unavailable on 24 August.

   Two of our health and safety codes of practice and have updated and can be accessed on the Policy Centre.
