1. LJMU funded bootcamp programme for staff

   We are funding 16 staff places on a new bootcamp programme which will see you complete ’24 in 24’ – that’s 24 sessions in 2024.

2. Health and safety code of practice updates

   Two of our health and safety codes of practice and have updated and can be accessed on the Policy Centre.

3. Data protection related policy updates

   Four data protection related policies have been updated and can now be found on the LJMU Policy Centre.

4. Order wellbeing journals for your students

   Copies of the wellbeing journal can be ordered by staff for students.

5. Continuous Monitoring and Enhancement updates on WebHub

   New and improved Continuous Monitoring and Enhancement (CME) for Module Leaders is now available on Webhub.

6. Staff update Freshers 2023 launch

   Tell your students about the exciting Freshers programme of activities planned for September.

7. Staff car parking update August 2023

   The university will continue to subsidise staff car parking until 31 August 2024.

8. New Teaching and Learning Academy policies

   Two new policies will support teaching staff in their development through peer exchange and direct observation.

9. Menopause cafes throughout 2024

   This year we will once again host four menopause cafes for our staff, with the first taking place on Tuesday 16 January, and anyone wishing to attend can book via the staff wellbeing events page.
