2. Free staff access to LinkedIn Learning

   As part of LJMU’s commitment to supporting staff development, the LinkedIn Learning platform is being made available to everyone.

3. Provide peer-to-peer wellbeing support

   LJMU Connectors provide peer-to-peer mental wellbeing support to colleagues, at a local level, across the university.

4. Your LJMU, Your Voice: staff survey findings

   The results of the Your LJMU, Your Voice staff survey reveal that employees consider LJMU to be a good place to work but there are clear areas for improvement. More than 1,400 staff – over 53% of our workforce – took part in the survey in May to help the university learn more about the experience of working here.

5. Staff car parking update August 2023

   The university will continue to subsidise staff car parking until 31 August 2024.

6. Free winter flu jabs for staff

   As part of our commitment to employee wellbeing, we are again offering staff vouchers for a free winter flu jab.

7. Academic Board Elections - Teaching Staff

   Elections for the Academic Board teaching staff will take place from 24th May until 11th June 2019.

8. New Staff Gardening Group

   The School of Biological & Environmental Sciences has been working on a project to improve Byrom Street Campus with 10 urban wildlife gardens.

9. Updates to Relocation Policy for new staff

   The Relocation Policy for new staff has been updated to ensure it reflects HMRC guidance.

10. How will Actus benefit you?

    Colleagues across LJMU have begun using Actus, our brand new online platform to support staff development.
