1. New Print Room Service

   A new Print Room service for bulk printing and specialist requirements has launched today

2. New way to request visitor parking and out of hours or security access

   Campus Support (Security) now has a number of staff request forms available via the LJMU HelpMe portal, to help with the management of requests.

3. Email account improvements

   IT Services will soon be migrating staff email accounts to provide us with greater security, increased storage limits and easier accessibility.

4. Building maintenance update

   We have entered a new partnership with an award-winning contractor to maintain your facilities across the university.

5. New approach to degree apprenticeships

   LJMU is developing a new, more efficient process to manage our degree apprenticeship programmes.

6. Digital media and content production CPD courses

   Staff looking to reskill, retrain or advance their skills in digital media and content production may be interested in one of our Screen School’s short courses.

7. New Diversity and Inclusion Policy

   The D&I Team has developed the Transgender and Non-Binary Policy for staff and students, with accompanying guidance.

9. LJMU Lecturer Dr Robert Macdonald wins Design in Mental Health Network Award

   An LJMU Lecturer at the Liverpool School of Art and Design, Dr Robert Macdonald, has won the Design in Mental Health Network Award (DIMHN) for his contribution to local mental health services.

10. Introducing eco-friendly search engine Ecosia

    In support of JMSUs Sustainability Week taking place from next Monday, 3 February, the university will be trialling a new eco-friendly default internet search engine.
