1. University Seal request form update

   The Secretariat has updated the request form to incorporate the additional stages of approval required from colleagues in finance and legal.

2. New student registration and student ID cards September 2024

   Don't forget to complete your online registration and find out how you’ll get your student ID card.

3. Update to IT services: IT disruption expected Saturday 24 August

   As part of LJMU security upgrades, key platforms including Canvas, Staff Infobase and parts of the LJMU website will be unavailable on 24 August.

4. Scholarships for new students starting September 2024

   Every year we award a range of scholarships from £1,000 to £5,000 that don't need to be paid back!

5. New Academic Achievement teaching resources

   Each of these resources is a standalone academic skills class accompanied by a full lesson plan with teaching notes.

6. Updated Research Degrees Framework 2024/25

   Updates have been made to various regulations and policies that underpin the university’s Research Degrees Framework.

7. Reserves Day and Armed Forces Day 2024

   LJMU is recognising both days this June as part of its continued pledge under the Armed Forces Covenant.

9. Summer building opening times

   LJMU will move to its summer building opening hours from Monday 24 June.
